We are Career Performance (Business Psychology) an unincorporated business operating in the United Kingdom.
Definitions
“Assessment” means the on-line psychometric assessment to be taken by Candidates using this Website.
“Candidate” means a user of this Website accessing the Test Taker Area for the purpose of completing a psychometric assessment as authorised by Career Performance.
“Career Performance Client” means any client of Career Performance subscribing to the Services
“Services” means the making available by Career Performance of an on-line psychometric assessment facility for the purpose of psychometric assessments of individuals or groups.
“Test Taker Area” means the area of the Website reserved for Candidates and containing the on-line psychometric assessment to be taken by the Candidate.
“Website” means the website currently at www.Career Performance.co.uk

Terms
This Website requires Candidates to undertake 'some' Assessments using a code and password provided to the Candidate by Career Performance
Enter the client code and password provided to you by Career Performance
Read the “Introduction’ carefully before commencing the Assessment
Make sure you do not have any distractions or are under the influence of alcohol as this will affect your test results
Answer all the questions contained in the Assessment. There are no right or wrong answers - just first responses of what feels right to you.
Check that you have completed all relevant fields
Press the ‘Submit” button on completion of the questionnaire
Following completion of your assessment a Business Psychologist at Career Performance will be informed that a report is ready to be generated. Users of the Website irrevocably acknowledge and agree that:
The test data belongs to the Candidate and we do not share confidential information to any third parties (Clients) unless the Candidate is made fully aware of this.
We are not involved in any decision making process regarding the suitability of a Candidate as an employee of the Career Performance Client

The design and content of this Website is protected by copyright and is owned by Career Performance and its licensors. All rights are reserved.
All other intellectual property rights in the Website are the property of Career Performance or its licensors.
You may print off or download content as permitted under the fair dealing provisions of the Copyright Designs and Patent Act 1988 (as amended) (section 28 to 30) for the purposes of viewing it on your computer, or private study provided that you do not alter it in any way and acknowledge us as the source of the content and copyright owners.
All other use or copying of any of the contents of this site, other than as permitted by law, is prohibited.
Candidates
You will be responsible for keeping you client code and password(s) confidential and secure for all use made of this Website, whether or not it is used by you or used by another without your authority. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any un-authorised use or other security breach and always ensure you close your browser at the end of each session.
Candidates must not allow any third party to use their client codes and/passwords for any reason.
We will not be responsible for any third party completing an Assessment on behalf of a Candidate.
You, being either the Candidate or a Career Performance Client may not assign or sub-license any rights we grant you as a registered user.
Acceptable use
We reserve the right to suspend the use of our Website generally or block your access to any part of the Website and/or suspend or terminate your rights to use the Website or any part of it if we suspect misuse. We shall then report misuse of our Website to the relevant enforcement or other authorities and to our advisors. We further reserve the right to disclose any evidence we have which relates directly or indirectly to misuse.
