Career Performance Counselling
Career Performance provides 21st century Career Counselling. You will meet with an occupational psychologist who has undergone specialist training in Career Counselling and British Psychological Society (BPS) approved psychometric testing standards.
Emotional Intelligence (Ei) Assessment will also be used as part of the counselling process. Ei or street smarts as it is referred to, is now just as important as IQ & Technical skills in the 21 st century workplace.
Today organisations are merging, downsizing and going global. This has lead to many employers placing greater value on people with strong Ei competencies. For example: Emotional Self-Awareness, Adaptability, Stress Management & Strong Interpersonal skills.
